Yoga in the Park
Join us for a transformative yoga experience at Moncus Park, presented by Louisiana Orthopaedic Specialists & Orthopedic Urgent Care as part of the “Fit For All” series. Amidst the park’s lush greenery and serene ambiance, these sessions provide a perfect escape into nature, allowing you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation. Embrace the beauty around you as you stretch, breathe, and find balance in an outdoor setting that enhances every aspect of your yoga practice.
