The transformation of the former University of Louisiana at Lafayette horse farm into a world-class park entered a new phase Monday as residents began imagining the style of elements that might be included. The current master planning phase involves workshops through Thursday for residents to offer their input into things like where a dog park or reflection garden should be located on the 100-acre site, said Claire Hempel with Design Workshop.
