We met our South Louisiana Giving Day Match Challenge, and then some!

The very first South Louisiana Giving Day, held May 10, 2018, was a success, not just for Moncus Park, but also for Acadiana as a whole, as more than $1,000,000 was raised for local nonprofits in one day! We are so grateful to all of our supporters who donated, sent emails, and shared social media posts on behalf of our park! Not only did you help us reach our $30,000 match challenge, you helped us exceed it by more than $7,000, raising more than $67,000! This is a gift not only to our park, but it’s also a gift to Acadiana that will last forever, and for that, we can’t thank you nearly enough!
