Join us for a walk around the park to survey birds on the last Saturday morning of each month, led by Master Naturalist Stennie Meadours. Bird watchers of all experience levels are welcome — beginners, experts, and families alike.
Program Lead: Stennie Meadours is a Texas Master Naturalist, community educator, and avid birder. A Lafayette native, she currently resides in Texas and has served on the Houston Audubon Society Board for 17 years (President for 2 of those years) and the Travis Audubon Society Board for 5 years. She has led both youth and adult teams in the Texas Birding Classic almost every year since 1999. We are so excited to have her lead this program at Moncus Park!
