The future of the Horse Farm in Lafayette is now in the hands of the public, as Wednesday kicked off the beginning of the master planning phase. Through a series of public meetings, ideas will be gathered over the next two months, on what the 100 acre piece of property should look like. People from all over Acadiana had the chance to see a map of the property and were asked to share their ideas in creating a world-class central park.
