Hosts may only use the companies listed below within their approved service categories on park grounds. Food and alcohol services must be selected from our approved vendor list, which will be provided upon inquiry or booking.
Events Policy
To keep Moncus Park welcoming and enjoyable for everyone, please review the following rules regarding events, gatherings, and commercial activity in the park.
Reservations Required
- All formal events require a reservation. No formal event may take place in the park without one.
- Any gathering of more than 10 people requires a reservation, even if informal.
- Reserving a specific space, or asking others to leave an area, is not permitted without an approved private event reservation.
No Selling or Commercial Use Without a Reservation
Moncus Park may not be used to sell goods, services, or space without a booked reservation, including:
- Selling picnic setups or experiences
- Fitness classes or sessions
- Photography mini sessions or other paid, advertised photo services
Informal Picnics
Casual, personal picnics are welcome. Picnics sold or arranged by a third-party business are considered commercial activity and require a reservation.
Photography
- Single-family photoshoots are welcome without a reservation.
- Multi-family sessions and advertised "mini sessions" require a private event reservation.
Props, Decor & Equipment
Props, decor, tables, chairs, and other equipment may not be brought into the park without a private event reservation.
Advertising
Nothing may be advertised as taking place at Moncus Park unless it is tied to an approved private event reservation.
Vendors
- Only vendors on Moncus Park's approved vendor list may operate within the park.
- Vendors may not attend or work an event unless that event has been officially booked through Moncus Park.
