Tai Chi at Moncus Park
Slow down, breathe deep, and move with intention at Tai Chi in the Park. This gentle, low-impact practice focuses on balance, hip mobility, posture, and deep breathing through smooth, flowing movements.
Tai Chi is one of the traditional internal martial arts and is known for its calming, restorative benefits. Participants will be guided through foundational movements and a basic flow form designed to improve stability, flexibility, and overall well-being.
This session is welcoming to all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are new to Tai Chi or returning to your practice, you will find a supportive and relaxed environment to move at your own pace.
