Franklin Method + Natural Movement = Improved Movement, Balance, Posture!

This health & wellness program includes a Franklin Method warm-up and embodiment to release tension and improve efficiency! The warm-up will follow with using the natural features of Moncus Park’s terrain to work on movement skills, such as balance, jumping/landing, throwing, and coordination!
