Eat Fit Acadiana hosts a FREE community presentation to get our region in gear for healthy eating this Summer. Presentation will be hosted under the Market Oaks during Food Truck Fridays.

About Eat Fit 

Eat Fit is nonprofit movement that started with Ochsner’s Eat Fit NOLA in 2012 and has expanded to Baton Rouge, Acadiana, Shreveport, and beyond. Eat Fit works with you to determine which foods fit the Eat Fit criteria and works together to create new dishes if needed. Their goal is to make it is as easy for you as possible, while also sharing nutritious, delicious items from your restaurant with consumers and the community.

    • no refined / white carbs
