Building Bridges of Understanding: Listen, Learn, and Lead Better

Building Bridges of Understanding is a four-part evening dialogue series presented by NCBI Lafayette, in partnership with The 705, BeLocal Acadiana Region, and Moncus Park. Each session is professionally facilitated, giving participants space to speak honestly, listen deeply, and walk away with practical tools for navigating differences in relationships, the workplace, and leadership. This isn’t a debate, there are no sides to win, but you might understand your neighbors a little better by the time you leave.

Attend one session, some, or all four, each stands on its own.
