Mommy & Me

Join us for Mommy & Me, a light and playful class designed for caregivers and their little ones to move, stretch, and connect together outdoors. This relaxed session focuses on gentle movement, simple exercises, and quality bonding time in a welcoming park setting. Strollers are welcome and can be incorporated, making it easy to participate while enjoying fresh air and time at Moncus Park.

Mommy & Me is open to all caregivers and their little ones.
