Walk! For Your Life 5K

Audubon Family Medicine is excited to host our first Walk! For Your Life 5K walk on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at Moncus Park.

Event Schedule:
9:00 – 10:00 am: Check-in
10:30 am: 5k begins

5K registration fee includes race bib, T-shirt, nylon bag, and other amenities. Avoid the long lines on event day by picking up your event packet early!

Packets can be picked up from Audubon Family Medicine, 2301 Moss Street, Lafayette, LA, 70501 on:
Friday, October 9, 2026: 9 AM to 12 PM
Saturday, October 10, 2026: 12 PM to 3 PM
Day of walk packet pickup at Moncus Park Sunday, October 11, 2026: 8:30 AM – 9 AM
